Nirekha Peak
Nirekha Peak: The Nirekha Peak lies very close to the Nepal-Tibet border, among the high mountains of the Everest, Cho Oyu, and Mt. Cholatse. The peak is a part of the Mahalangur Range, and stands at a height of 6186 meters. The Nirekha Peak lines in the chain made by the Lobuche & other summits. The ascent to the peak is considered to be a challenging one. If you looked from the Gokyo Ri summit toward north, you’ll see that the Everest towers above the Nirekha from northeast, and the Changtse lies just northwest of the Nirekha.
